As ABS prepared to transition the house of surgery to a competency-based model of surgical education, they brought in Jennings to develop the communications plan, faculty and trainee development materials, and educational materials about EPAs. Jennings worked with the ABS team along with surgical thought leaders to coordinate any number of webinars and town hall meetings while also producing web content, infographics, fact sheets, user guides, more than 180 educational videos, and implementation checklists.
