Jennings Client Honored with Marketing Team of the Year Award

DURHAM, NC – May 2024

Jennings is excited to share that the American Board of Surgery’s marketing team was recognized as marketing team of the year at the recent 2024 Swaay.Health Conference in Atlanta. The award recognized the team’s prolific content marketing work to support the 2023 General Surgery EPA initiative launch. The move to competency-based assessment of surgical trainees with the introduction of the ABS Entrustable Professional Activities (EPA) Project for general surgery residents represented the largest shift in surgical residency assessment in our lifetime.

At Jennings, we are proud to work collaboratively with the ABS marketing team on communications, marketing strategy, and the production of campaign materials. Together, in support of the EPA launch, we created and rolled out more than 200 pieces of outstanding content, including videos, infographics, fact sheets, checklists, webinars, FAQs, social media posts, and website content. These materials, designed to help faculty and trainees understand their roles in the execution of EPAs, were essential to the successful launch of EPAs in general surgery training programs across the country.
